What are the qualifications of the practitioners

Our practitioners have been chosen for their wealth of experience knowledge and medical background. In a heavily unregulated industry it is often overlooked when looking to have a non surgical or surgical treatment. Our Registered Nurse Practitioner Kristeen Geddes has over 10 years of experience in advanced injectable treatments and works full time in her clinic carrying out thousands of treatments. Kristen holds an independent practitioner qualification allowing her to prescribe medication. She also has  BSc in Professional Practice (Dermatology).

Our Consultant Plastic Surgeon is on the BAAPS register and is renowned for his work in all aspects of facial and body surgery.

What can I expect at my appointment?

When you arrive at our cliic our staff will greet you and seat you at the waiting room. You will be offered some refreshments whilst filling out the necessary forms. Please arrive at least 10 min prior to your appointment to allow the full time with your practitioner.

What happens if I am a new patient?

You may have referred yourself, have been referred by another specialist. We will book you in with one of our practitioners that will be best suited to taking your medical history.  IF you are having a skin analysis/consultation you will be asked to arrive with no make up on in order to carry this out effectively.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY/TERMS AND CONDITIONS/LOYALTY SCHEME
We respect your time and appreciate your choice to spend it with Re-Nu Skin Clinic. We’ve created our Cancellation Policy to provide the utmost versatility and convenience to our clients. Booking an appointment is your acceptance of our Cancellation Policy; therefore, please be certain you’ve reviewed and agreed to these terms.

We request 24-hour notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are booked for a POM procedure, we request a 48-hour notice. This enables us to respond to the high demand of availability for appointments.
Patients who cancel or reschedule in less than the required time or do not show for their scheduled appointments, will be charged a fee of £25 since we are unable to offer that time to another patient. All POM appts are charged at £50
Patients will either be charged the fee at their next visit or under special circumstances, they will be required to pay a deposit to secure a future appointments.
The cancelation fee is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and due in-full at the subsequent treatment date.
At the time of booking, you will be asked to secure your reservation with a credit/debit card or by cash at the clinic.

MIssed Appointment Policy
A missed appointment means lost clinical time to our practice and deprives other patients of the opportunity to benefit from this time. During this time we have empty chair, wages, overheads and the business makes a loss. This can then only be recovered by increasing charges to patients, something which we dont want to do.
Our Fair Philosophy- We aim to keep our fees highly competitive for the quality of materials and care we provide to our cleints, and do not build missed appointment costs into our fees. We feel that this would be unfair to clients who attend their appointments to have to pay for those individuals who do not.
Understanding- We have a high demand for appointments and whilst understanding that everyone forgets from time to time, missing your appointment is incredibly frustrating from everyone’s point of view and this is why we have introduced a simple policy which aims to be fair to everyone. The 1-2-3 policy as outlined below.
Automatic Missed Appointment Fees- If you miss an appointment or cancel at short notice(less than 24 hours or 48 hours for prescription) an automatic charge will be added to your account.
1. Missed Appointment Charges- If it is the first appointment that you have missed with us, we will try to contact you to check everything is well and arrange to rebook the appointment for you. In this instance a contribution of £25 of the cost of the appointment will be charged
2. Upon missing a second appointment a charge of 75% will be added to your account. Whilst this charge is not fully cover the cost of the lost clinical time it will allow us to partially cover our overheads, thus helping to prevent raising our prices unnecessarily
3. On missing any subsequent appointments we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the appointment plus admin costs and suspend you from the clinic. Further appointments will then only be bookable after settlement
SMS Reminders- In order to remind you of your appointments booked a long time in advance we offer a complimentary text service. We will endevour to text 2 days before and on the morning of the appointment. Help us to help you by ensuring an up to date mobile phone number and email address is available on our database.
For those who do not have a mobile number, we also offer a courtesy telephone reminder service a few days or the day before your appointment. PLease note that SMS and our telephone reminder service provided is for courtesy only and we are unable for practical reasons be able to guarantee this service will be available.
PLEASE HELP US KEEP THE COST OF TREATMENTS TO A MINIMUM BY ALWAYS LETTING US KNOW AT LEAST 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT

TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Gift Vouchers-

The Re-Nu Skin Clinic Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
You may use the Re-Nu Skin Clinic LTD Gift Voucher to make purchases in the clinic or online where applicable).
If the Re-Nu Skin Clinic Ltd Gift Voucher is not used for a consecutive period of 12 months it will expire.
When you use The Re-Nu Skin Clinic Ltd Gift Voucher, the amount of your purchase be used. Any remaining cost may be put onto another gift voucher. Change will not be given.
You may only redeem your Gift Voucher in GB pounds sterling.
The Re-Nu Skin Clinic Ltd Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a Re-Nu Skin Clinic Gift Voucher.
The Re-Nu Skin Clinic Ltd is like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
Re-Nu Skin Clinic Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so. The current conditions will be available at all times in-clinic.
Gift Vouchers that have been given as complimentary to such organisations as charity, non profit organisations, raffle prizes, cannot be used for the following- POM(Presription Only Medication) such as Anti Wrinkle Injections, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, PRP or Radiesse.
Gift vouchers may be used against all other non surgical treatments such as skin peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments for body and face, skin rejuvenation and EDS micro needling.

Loyalty Scheme

Do you take credit cards/cheques

For the convenience of paying for your treatments we have a card facility that accepts most debit and credit cards. For all credit cards there is a 2.5% charge added to your final bill. Debit cards have no charge applied.

We do not offer a cheque service to pay for your treatment and we do not accept AMEX cards.

We will settle your bill prior to your treatment being carried out.

Children

Due to the nature of some of our treatments children under the age of 12 are not permitted into the clinical rooms whilst treatment is being carried out. Children over the age of 12 are able to sit in our reception area.  We do not permit children under the age of 12 to be left alone whilst treatment is being carried out and our reception staff are unable to care for them. This should be arranged prior to your appointment being made.

Do you do finance plans?

YEs we have Faceplan which is a DD scheme allowing you to pay for your treatments when they are due. Like a gym membership but for your skin. Please ask us about faceplan at your next visit

Insurance

We are unable to accept insurance plans and all treatments to be paid on the day of treatment

Insurance and Billing

Do you accept my insurance?

As we are a private company we do not accept insurance.

You will be expected to pay the bill in cash or credit card at the end of consultation with one of our specialists.

Do I need referral?

As we are a private clinic there is no need for a referral however you may have been referred to one of our specialists by your GP which we are happy to consult with

Do you have parking facilities?

Yes.

Free Parking is available in front and around the back of our clinic

What if I need more treatment

When you come to us for a consultation  it will be explained to you that we may do your treatments in several sessions weeks apart. At your consultation you will be advised of this and all further products that are used are charged for at that treatment. We will always see you back for a review of treatment around 7-14 days later and if further treatment is required we will schedule this around week 4
