Front of House/Reception
We are seeking a friendly and organised Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. If you have strong administrative skills and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
– Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
– Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
– Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications:
– Proficient in computerised systems Phorest
– Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
– Excellent computer skills for efficient data entry
– Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle calls professionally
– Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is essential
– Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Permanent contract
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
