At Renu, lesion removal pricing is based on the type, size, number and complexity of the lesions being treated.
Not every lesion is removed in the same way. Some small superficial lesions are best suited to CryoIQ freezing, while larger, raised or more complex lesions may require radiowave surgery. More delicate or cosmetically sensitive lesions, such as benign moles or fibrous papules, sit within our precision radiowave pricing.

How Our Removal Process Works
Precision Plus RemovaL -Suitable for selected benign mole-type lesions, dermatofibromas and fibroma-type lesions, especially where the lesion is raised, facial, cosmetically sensitive or requires radiowave surgery for accurate removal.
Precision removal-Suitable for benign raised surface lesions, including seborrhoeic keratoses, warts, and raised keratotic lesions, especially where the lesion is textured, thickened, raised or requires radiowave surgery
Standard Removal Plus-Suitable for selected benign surface lesions including seborrhoeic keratoses under 3 cm, warts and similar raised benign lesions.
Standard Removal- -Suitable for skin tags using radiowave surgery method which are too large for cryosurgery
Bundles- Our bundles are designed to allow you to selcet certian types of lesions suitable for cryosurgery. This can cover small type lesions of a certain size such as skin tags, mila, cherry angiomas.
Bundle add-ons- Designed for multiple lesions removed. You pay for your main treatment first, then add any additional lesion removals at the relevant add-on price. For example, if your appointment includes:
1 x Precision Plus treatment – £350
1 x Precision lesion – £50
1 x Standard skin tag – £25
4–7 Additional small lesions – £130
Your total would be calculated by combining the main treatment cost with the selected add-ons. This makes it easier and more cost-effective to treat several suitable lesions in one session, where clinically appropriate.
How to Book
Booking your consultaion is easy by our online booking system under mole/lesion removal consultation. If you have more than 4 lesions please contact the clinic for more advice.
If you would like to upload your lesions for some general advice then please upload via our contact page. Our Nurse will then give advice on what can be treated.
Please note that our Nurse will have to assess all lesions using dermatoscope in clinic. If you have had a diagnosis from dermatology department and a letter confirming your diagnosis we may be able to use this without sending off for our second opinion service. We are unable to take GP confirmation.
