During your skin consultation, our experienced dermatology nurse will discuss your main skin concerns, how long they have been present, what may trigger or worsen them, and how they are affecting your confidence.
We will talk through concerns such as acne, rosacea, redness, sensitivity, pigmentation, breakouts, congestion, scarring, dryness, oiliness, uneven texture, enlarged pores and skin barrier damage.

Yes after your skin consultation, you’ll receive a personalised treatment plan outlining the recommendations discussed during your session. This will be sent to you by email and includes suggested treatments, frequencies, so you can review everything at your own pace.
It is helpful to bring a list or photos of the products you currently use, including cleansers, moisturisers, serums, prescription creams, supplements or medications. You may also wish to bring photos showing how your skin changes during flare-ups.
No. Our approach is honest, supportive and personalised. We will explain your options clearly, including pricing and expectations, so you can make an informed decision without pressure.
injectable treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, and fat dissolving are not covered in this consultation. These procedures are carried out by our Registered Nurse and require a separate, nurse-led consultation.
