Questions You May Have

What is Arousal Cream Prescribed For?

Our intimate  cream is a fast-acting, clinician-developed and pharmacist-formulated hormone cream designed to support sensitivity, responsiveness, and intimate comfort when used prior to intimacy. It works locally to enhance circulation and tissue response, helping to support the body’s natural physiological pathways involved in intimate wellbeing.

How Does It Work ?

The carefully selected ingredients work together to support blood flow and nerve sensitivity, which may help improve comfort, confidence, and responsiveness during intimacy.

What Will I Expect?

Many women report improved responsiveness and sensitivity when using this cream, particularly when changes are related to arousal or reduced local response rather than broader orgasmic difficulties. Individual results can vary depending on underlying factors.

What are the ingredients?

This cream is formulated using a targeted combination of pharmaceutical-grade active ingredients, selected to support local circulation, sensitivity, and intimate tissue response. These may include:

Oxytocin – supports emotional connection and local tissue responsiveness

L-Arginine – an amino acid that supports blood flow and circulation

Sildenafil – used locally to support increased blood flow to intimate tissues

Low-dose Testosterone – supports tissue health and sensitivity where clinically appropriate

The exact formulation and strengths are individually selected based on clinical assessment and prescribing guidance to ensure the most appropriate and effective dose for each patient.

How Much Do I Apply?

Apply a small, pea-sized amount to the external intimate area 30–60 minutes before intimacy, as needed.
Use no more than once daily. This cream is intended for occasional use and is not designed for daily, ongoing treatment.

Can I Take The Cream With Other Hormones?

Yes. This cream can be used alongside other prescribed hormone treatments, including Testosterone Cream and DHEA capsules, where clinically appropriate. It is intended for occasional use prior to intimacy and does not replace daily hormone therapy, which should be continued as prescribed.

What Is Sildenafil?

Sildenafil is the active ingredient found in Viagra, but when used in a topical cream it works locally to support blood flow and tissue responsiveness, rather than acting throughout the body.

How Do I Use The Cream ?

Ensure the area is clean and dry before application. Apply a small, thin layer to the external intimate area only, such as the clitoral hood and inner labial area, 30–60 minutes before intimacy. Apply only to the intended area and avoid spreading onto surrounding skin.

This cream should be used as needed, with a maximum of once daily. It is designed for targeted, occasional use and is not intended for continuous daily application.

Wash your hands before and after applying the cream.

How Is The Prescription Made?

This cream is developed by our clinical team and compounded by specialist pharmacists to meet your individual needs. Each prescription is prepared using high-quality, pharmaceutical-grade ingredients, with careful attention to safety, accuracy, and clinical suitability.

As this cream contains a customised hormone formulation, it is classed as an unlicensed (bespoke) medication. This means it is made specifically for you, based on clinical assessment and prescribing guidance, rather than mass-produced.
