The computer assisted hair analysis with Foto Finder technology allows us to determine whether or not your hair loss is pathological as well as to assess its extent. With the Foto Finder Trichoscales software we are able to measure hair count, hair density, hair thickness, rate of hair that is growing (anlagen hair) vs. hair that is not growing ( telogen hair), as well as other parameters. Based on these results, we develop a personalised treatment plan for you.
During the trichoscopy examination, overview images of the scalp of the frontal, temporal and occipital area of the scalp are taken as well as several trichoscopy images for each area. Images are then transferred securely to the TrichoLAB server and evaluated.
The brilliant microscopic images show a precise diagnosis as well sa an objective statistical evaluation of the treatment success.
Trichoscopy requires no preparation for the patient , which means: no plucking, shaving or biopsy!
