Most clients describe it as deeply relaxing. As the pressure increases, you may feel a slight change in your ears (similar to flying). Once at full pressure, you simply lie back and breathe normally for the duration of the session.
Is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy safe?
Yes — HBOT is safe for most people when delivered properly. Before your first session, you’ll complete a consultation to ensure you’re suitable for treatment and have no contraindications.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your goals. For general wellness or fatigue, 5–10 sessions may be enough. For recovery or long-term conditions, 10–20+ sessions are often recommended. We also offer monthly memberships for ongoing support.
Can I book just one session?
Absolutely! Many clients start with a single session to experience the benefits before committing to a course or membership.
What should I wear and bring?
Yes, our female health screenings in Dundee can be used to assess fertility concerns. We offer AMH testing to evaluate ovarian reserve and reproductive health, and female hormone testing can provide a holistic view of all hormones which may impact fertility.
Is there any downtime after treatment?

What are the features?
There is a wide viewing window, integrated compressor + oxygen concentrator + air filtration/dehumidifier plus there is a phone inside the chamber with a fan and lights to read. It is a single lie down chamber with a pillow and blanket.
